Annual Reports

The Freedom of Information Commissioner now reports to Parliament and is responsible for preparing the Freedom of Information Annual Report. The Commissioner's substantive functions and powers commenced on 1 December 2012.

Freedom of Information Annual Reports contain statistics about various aspects of FOI activity across all agencies. They also contain useful information about FOI and how it is used in Victoria.
